**Sales Trainer**
Looking for someone who is passionate about and has proven experience training, teaching, and
coaching in business environments to expand our market presence. Being part of high-growth scale-ups
and having experience in software sales will qualify you for this role.
The Sales Enablement Manager will create high-quality training materials, user guides, and
documentation for our internal audiences. It will directly impact the value our customers receive from our
platform. In this role, you will collaborate with most groups within the company, including Development,
Marketing, Acquisitions, and Product Managers.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process, developing
individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, and scheduling orientation
drive-along with senior representatives.
- Develop and establish guidelines and training plans for employees to improve performance by
understanding the expectation & Parameters of organizational objectives.
- Periodically training audits to be conducted, and provide feedback to associates to work on
positive areas of opportunities.
- Analyze the audit and survey data, prepare action plans, and report for the improvement process
in training implementation.
- Analyze the coaching/training needs of the associates and support them in delivery
- Selecting or creating appropriate learning material (Slide presentations, Videos, Documents) as
per dynamic needs
- Supports a learning environment with advanced preparation, constructive feedback, and response
to learner needs.
- Imparting Network and Product Knowledge and designing onboarding sessions for new sales
hires. Track training & perform GAP Analysis to track training effectiveness and performance
along with managers to frame and implement changes in training modules for better
performance.
- Observe sales encounters and collect trainees' feedback, results, and performance data after
sessions.
**Who you are and what you have**
- Graduated or post-graduated, preferably in engineering
- Proven work experience in Sales training or Coaching.
- Must be updated with current trends in employee training and development.

- Understanding of the sales process, preferably with customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with Team Management
- Goal Orientated & Self motivated
