WE ARE HIRING — Real Estate Sales TrainerEast Street Group | LucknowEast Street Group is looking for a knowledgeable, dynamic, and process-driven Real Estate Sales Trainer to strengthen the performance and capabilities of our sales teams.This role plays a key part in building sales excellence through structured training, field coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous skill development.Roles & Responsibilities1. Training & Development- Design and deliver on-site training programs for sales teams.- Create modules on CRM usage, lead handling, negotiation skills, objection handling, site visit management & closing techniques.- Conduct refresher sessions and new-joiner onboarding.- Assess training effectiveness through tests, field observations, and performance reviews.2. Performance Monitoring & Coaching- Supervise day-to-day field activities of sales executives.- Identify skill gaps and conduct one-on-one coaching.- Improve lead conversions, pipeline management, and customer engagement.- Support corrective actions for underperforming team members.3. Sales Process Improvement- Ensure adherence to company SOPs across the sales cycle.- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.- Coordinate with Sales Head, Marketing, and CRM teams for smoother operations.- Maintain disciplined follow-up and lead handover practices.4. Reporting & Documentation- Maintain training records, performance sheets, and attendance.- Submit weekly/monthly training reports.- Provide structured feedback and support in creating dashboards & evaluation formats.5.
