AIS DEVELOPER LLP is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Lucknow. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that not only promote our properties but also enhance client relationships. Your leadership will be essential in mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities within the region. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and open houses
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective advertising campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market
  • Proficient in sales management software and CRM tools
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
