This role plays a key part in building sales excellence through structured training, field coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous skill development.🔹 Roles & Responsibilities1. Training & DevelopmentDesign and deliver on-site training programs for sales teams.Create modules on CRM usage, lead handling, negotiation skills, objection handling, site visit management & closing techniques.Conduct refresher sessions and new-joiner onboarding.Assess training effectiveness through tests, field observations, and performance reviews.2. Performance Monitoring & CoachingSupervise day-to-day field activities of sales executives.Identify skill gaps and conduct one-on-one coaching.Improve lead conversions, pipeline management, and customer engagement.Support corrective actions for underperforming team members.3. Sales Process ImprovementEnsure adherence to company SOPs across the sales cycle.Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.Coordinate with Sales Head, Marketing, and CRM teams for smoother operations.Maintain disciplined follow-up and lead handover practices.4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain training records, performance sheets, and attendance.Submit weekly/monthly training reports.Provide structured feedback and support in creating dashboards & evaluation formats.5.
