**Job Summary**:
NVICO seeks to hire (1-3 positions) who will assist the sustainable virtual team in carrying out research in energy, including but not limited to carrying out techno design analysis. In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined below, should be prepared, as and when necessary, to take on additional responsibilities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist in defining strategic direction and also assist in bringing operational excellence
- Analyze, structure, and solve select business, marketing, and technology problems within the various teams
- Make sense of the key internal and market trends and their implications on our business
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to run select strategic projects
- Work closely with the various members of the executive team on a daily basis to drive key company-level initiatives
- Work directly with the entire leadership team in driving initiatives on the technology, product, people org., and execution fronts
- Follow up on daily tasks and weekly deliverables from various functional heads/ external partners
- Building business presentations and projections
- Conduct objective research on current market trends, the client's competitors, product demands as needed for a project or initiative

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialisation in Software / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
- A fair interest in the creative industries / economy

**Key Skills**:

- MBA/ post-graduate degree is a good-to-have
- Highly proficient at excel and powerpoint
- Superior communication skills
- Stellar analytical skills
- Experience in secondary research and building market theses
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information
- Prior Entrepreneurial or Startup experience would be a huge advantage

**Personality**:

- Willingness to learn new (research and project management) skills
- Ability to adapt to a new environment and deliver under tight deadlines in a professional environment
- Striving for rigour in research and quality in work output
- Ability to effectively work in a team while driving research with minimum assistance, when time demands independently
- Ability to dig deeper into details, while also keeping a sense of the broader objectives and big picture
- Willingness to learn, grow and develop at personal and professional front, at a rapid pace with a steep learning curve
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment
