Content Creation & Social Media

Create and manage content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and WhatsApp

Repurpose blog and video content into compelling social stories

Edit short-form videos and design visuals using tools like Canva, Descript, or CapCut

Schedule and publish content with a strong sense of voice and consistency

Experience of managing and growing a communities like discord, Reddit, Facebook, WhatsApp.

Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with the founder and Chief of Staff to align content with weekly goals

Track performance metrics and test content formats to optimize reach

Contribute creative ideas to help us build brand trust and grow our user base

**What We’re Looking For**

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or community management

Hands-on experience with Discord moderation and community setup

Comfortable with video editing, design tools, and social scheduling platforms

Strong writing skills and a passion for building authentic digital spaces

**Nice to Have**

Experience with Gen Z audiences or student-focused platforms

Background in education, content, or early-stage startups

Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
