**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for various IT positions across domains and levels.
- Understand client or internal hiring requirements and deliver within timelines.
- Conduct **initial screening and technical evaluation** to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong **talent pipeline** for recurring and critical roles.
- Stay updated on **emerging technologies and IT hiring trends**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 3-4 years of proven experience in **domestic IT recruitment**.
- Strong understanding of **IT skills & technologies** (Java,.NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with **LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search**, and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment.
