**Job responsibilities**
- Supports the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems to ensure operational stability and availability
- Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
- Identify issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute and Maintain Manual/Automation test scripts so that they are reused across multiple projects.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases, hands-on experience with automated testing tools. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Knowledge on automation framework.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Working understanding of public cloud
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
