1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals

**Justification**:
We are hiring IT Support Associate II (L3) Full Time Contractor to support IT asset management and asset clearance as E-waste which are End-of-life/damaged. This resource would be deployed to segregate the E-Waste assets to clear out the space at all sites in India, this activity was paused over 2 years, resulting in a significant chunk at each site in India which required a dedicated effort to clear out the space and meeting the compliance. And they will be responsible for IT assets scanning in asset management tool. Across India 11 headcount is approved and this will be incorporated in the Q3 guidance plan as per finance approver.

Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for audit of IT/AV assets physical condition.
- Segregation of assets which should be dispose.
- Preparation of assets details for validation.
- Responsible to scan the assets while doing segregation.
- Responsible for data destruction in IT equipments
- Responsible to clear the store space occupied by damaged/EOL assets on monthly or quarterly.
- Coordinates and schedules inbound transportation of all goods and materials.
- Coordination with security, GREF and multiple internal team
- Coordination with vendor to get the manifest certificate and required documents with in the SLA
- Prepare and print the gate pass.
- Prepare and ship print and supply orders placed by branches.
