As an International Telecaller, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers or clients located internationally. Your primary goal will be to promote products or services, generate sales leads, and establish positive relationships with prospects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calling**:
- Place outbound calls to prospective customers or clients located in international markets.
- Introduce products or services offered by the company and explain their features and benefits.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and interests.
2. **Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Actively promote products or services to generate sales leads and opportunities.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about prospects' requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to convert them into sales opportunities.
3. **Relationship Building**:
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospects through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
- Address prospects' questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor to leave a positive impression on prospects.
4. **Data Entry and Documentation**:
- Accurately record and update information about calls, leads, and prospect interactions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance.
5. **Product and Market Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to effectively position the company's offerings.
6. **Adherence to Compliance and Quality Standards**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all telecalling activities.
- Adhere to quality standards for call scripting, communication etiquette, and customer interaction.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales, preferably in an international context.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to engage prospects and overcome objections.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach.
