**Urgent job requirement for a Tele Marketer/ Inside sales**

**Salary - 25k to 35k CTC **, depending upon the experience, qualification, current ctc and Interview performance
- 1-5 years’ experience as a tele market or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone
- Strong persuasive and and negation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and resilience to handle objections and rejections positively

**Responsibilities**:
**-**Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products and services
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, to potential customers
- Answer customer questions and address concerns and objections effectively
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the in the CRM system
- Follow up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and achieving targets
- Stay up-to-date with the product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures

Excellent communication skills, persuasive and influencing skills, product and service knowledge, active listening, resilience and perseverance, time management, adaptability, empathy and customer focus, basic computer skills, teamwork and collaboration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
