Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Mumbai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products and services, scheduling appointments, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
  • Sales skills and a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous
