Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, generating leads, and offering tailored financial solutions. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining professional communication standards. The specialist will also collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to meet business objectives. This dynamic role requires a proactive and client-focused individual to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities for delivering excellent client experiences and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities, to build rapport and clearly articulate financial solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively to support business goals.
  • Prior experience in a telemarketing or financial services role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial products or services would be advantageous.
