**Almond Books**, a leading publisher of ICSE board curriculum textbooks, is seeking a telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our reach and promoting our high-quality educational resources to distributors, schools, and students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, including distributors, schools, and educational institutions, to introduce and promote our ICSE curriculum resources.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities in the ICSE board market.
- Present and highlight the benefits and features of our ICSE curriculum resources over the phone.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update detailed sales records and reports using CRM software.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or phone-based sales, preferably within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
