Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer, located in Mumbai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and connecting prospective customers with our sales team. The Telemarketer will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support sales efforts through effective communication and relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
  • Sales experience and proficiency in related skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in logistics or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
