**Key Responsibilities**:
- Data validation by calling prospects and confirming current position and contact information
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or cold lists.
- Introduce and explain our services and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their key benefits and value proposition.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and pain points of prospects.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and pass them to marketing manager for qualification
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, status and outcomes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
**About you**:
- 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills and command of the English language with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Proven ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively get customer information.
- Familiarity with CRM software with ability to navigate and update customer records.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing scripts, strategies, and market conditions.
- Knowledge of digital transformation is a plus.
