**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services
- Generate sales leads and identify opportunities for new business
- Build strong relationships with customers over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
- Record and maintain accurate customer information and sales data in the company database
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify potential opportunities for additional sales
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior telemarketing or sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence potential customers over the phone
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle objections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and database management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
