Responsibilities for Telemarketer
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
- Intercept and respond to Incoming calls
- Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and other order information
- Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to understand their current or future space requirements
- Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and note the same
- Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a space requirements Qualifications for Telemarketer
- 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
- Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
- Fluency in English is essential, bilingual is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional experience using online forms
- Should also be open to work on Incentive basis
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
