**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate our products and services.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
