*Job Summary:*

The International Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients across various international markets to promote and sell our products/services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in targeted international markets to generate leads and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and promote relevant solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to meet customer needs and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing, preferably in an international context.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [insert required languages].
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
