*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Present products/services in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage and maintain a database of prospects, recording all interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a telesales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
