Outbound Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
**Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling. ** Initiate contact with potential customers to present the services and explain their features and benefits.

**Develop a deep understanding of the services being offered to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers. ** Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convince potential customers to make a purchase.

**Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address any concerns or objections and provide accurate information to potential buyers. ** Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization. This may involve managing a certain number of calls per day, achieving a specific conversion rate, or meeting revenue targets.

**Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales process. ** Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on discussions, objections, and outcomes.

**Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer concerns, objections, and market trends. Requirements**: Minimum 1yr experience in outbound telesales is a must.

**Excellent communication and persuasion skills. ** Strong sales acumen. **Strong organisational and time management abilities. ** Result-oriented mindset.

Benefits & Compensation:
**Day shift, fixed hours, and no overtime.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
