GEM (Give Every Month): A monthly giving program that enables donors to support medical fundraisers on a recurring basis.
Medibedy: A fast-track crowdfunding initiative for patients who need urgent financial assistance for treatment.
**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our telesales team. In this role, you will connect with potential donors or patients over calls, explain our programs, and help convert leads into active supporters or beneficiaries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
Clearly explain the benefits of GEM and Medibedy programs
Convert leads into active donors (GEM) or Medibedy participants
Follow up with leads to increase conversions
Maintain healthy relationships with donors and patients
Meet daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets
Update donor and lead details accurately in the CRM
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Bachelor’s preferred)
1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in fundraising, insurance, or fintech)
Excellent or very good communication skills in English and Hindi
Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems
Must not be currently pursuing any full-time education
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Shift Options:
Day Shift / Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday fixed off
Location: Mumbai ,Marol Andheri East
**Compensation**:
Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
