**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Store Trainee to join our ice cream shop. You will help with serving customers, keeping the store clean, managing stock, and learning. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

- **One-on-One Coaching**: Offering personalized guidance to improve job-specific skills.
- **Evaluating Progress**: Monitoring trainees’ progress and providing feedback or adjustments to their learning path.
- **Career Development**: Helping individuals develop broader career skills, such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:

- No experience required, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Friendly and good at communicating with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
