To ensure on time issue of material as per Material requisition aligned with production plan

To ensure stage wise Material Kitting Before 3 Days of Production Requirement Date/Make Shortage list and Close Within 3days/Material Issue in SAP /Material Issue to Production as per Production Schedule)

To take proactive action for any delayed material

To Coordinate and support the Internal Auditors/ Statutory Auditors/ Bankers for Audits and Inspection of Inventory

Ensure corrective plan of actions on Non-moving material

To manage and execute all the activities related to material inward (GRN) and Outward (Issue)

Ensure on time GRN of material to be completed after verification with PO and all Purchase related documents

To ensure that the rejected material has been kept in rejection area separately and returned back within 3-4 days to the Vendors with proper documents (Debit Note, E-way Bill, LR)

To ensure and verify that the purchase documents has been received as per GST Rules/ Legal Standard and on time submission to Accounts

We are looking for Stores Trainee for Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. The position is based at Nashik.

**B. Key Responsibilities**:
**Issue**
- C**ontinuous improvement** of processes and operation. Strong focus on time delivery.
- Maintain the house keeping of material with safety and Implement FIFO and 5S
- Provide requisite reports and inputs for management review processes.
- Ensure on time documentation and compliances
- **Process Implementations**:Implement SOPs for all key process.
- **Ensure EHS**-Environmental, Health and Safety standards and procedures are adhered
- **Self-Development**:

- **Data Management & MIS - **Provide requisite reports and inputs for management review processes. Ensure Purchase data accuracy.

- Store management, materials management, inventory management techniques, inventory turns.

- **Qualification**: Any Graduate
- **Experience**: Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience in the same position
