**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial and Accounts Auditing**:

- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, records, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- **Stores and Inventory Management**:

- Perform periodic audits of stores and inventory to verify stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory management practices and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- **Statutory Compliance**:

- Review compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to legal obligations.
- **Administrative Processes and Controls**:

- Evaluate administrative processes for efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Recommend enhancements to internal controls and systems.
- **Budget Control and Monitoring**:

- Review departmental budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights for budget adherence.
- **Regular Reviews and Reporting**:

- Conduct weekly reviews of processes and controls, ensuring timely identification of deficiencies.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports highlighting findings, corrective measures, and ideas for improvement.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred).
- Proven experience in auditing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and auditing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
