**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in Medical Coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Prepare and maintain course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and offer additional support as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and coding guidelines to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of training programs based on student feedback and industry needs.
- Support students in obtaining relevant certifications and career placement opportunities.
- Conduct interactive training sessions on medical coding systems and industry best practices.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical coding assignments.
- Mentor and guide students, addressing their queries and challenges.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with changes in coding regulations and healthcare guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding and/or medical billing.
- Prior experience as a trainer or educator is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
- Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, COC, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in medical coding and training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
