**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the financial control functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
- Oversee regulatory compliance across all financial operations.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Manage the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Handle the entire IPO process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with various agencies and authorities associated with the IPO process.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures and compliance with SEBI regulations.
- Collaborate with auditors, legal advisors, and other external consultants.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Company Secretary (CS) or ICFAI degree is required.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in financial control, regulatory compliances, taxation, etc.
- Proven experience in heading the finance team for at least five years in a medium or large enterprise.
- Hands-on experience in handling IPOs and familiarity with related regulations and requirements.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
