*Job Summary:*
The Post Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing customer accounts after the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling order processing, coordinating with various departments, and managing after-sales services. The role involves communication with clients, managing delivery schedules, resolving issues, and supporting sales teams to enhance overall customer experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Order Processing:* Manage order entries, track sales orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
2. *Customer Coordination:* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
3. *Delivery Management:* Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.
4. *Issue Resolution:* Handle post-sales issues, such as product returns, replacements, and warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records of sales orders, delivery schedules, invoices, and other relevant documents.
6. *Sales Support:* Assist the sales team by providing necessary post-sales support, including order status updates and customer feedback.
7. *Reporting:* Prepare and present post-sales reports, including customer feedback and service improvements.
8. *Continuous Improvement:* Identify opportunities to improve post-sales processes and customer experience.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
