Experience - 2+ Relevant in Real Estate Industry
CTC - upto 30K
**Job Description**:
- Customer Life Cycle Management.
- To handhold the customer through the post sales process till possession.
- Ensure document accuracy post sales handling & answering customer queries / complaints with minimum response time to all sub functions within the TAT.
- Publish various customer service MIS for management review / external funding partners.
- Prepare & submit MIS with regards to customer complaints, queries & requests resolved / answered.
- Follow up with the customers for timely collections & recoveries.
- Responsible for collections for all payments due and overdue, maintaining low debtors.
- Follow set processes for generation of demands, reminders for the milestone raised.
- Handling & counselling of cancellations, interest payments etc.
- Timely escalation of cancellation cases ensuring customer retention.
- Facilitate in timely bank disbursal.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
