**Job Description - Executive AssistantPosition Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and handle correspondence.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- **Project Management**: Assist in coordinating and tracking progress of key projects and initiatives.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- **Coordination**: Organize events, board meetings, and off-site sessions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Anticipate needs, identify challenges, and recommend solutions to optimize executive productivity.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
- Proven experience (1-5 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
