- Rs. 36,540/- per month (other benefits as per institute norms)**Required Knowledge & Skill**:

- Ability to take dictations and proven ability in Hindi and English typing.
- Ability to take dictations, noting down important things, attending calls, maintaining files, attending to officers, bookings etc.
- Assisting with phone calls, dealing with visitors, handling of official documents and files, fixing appointments, arranging meetings, maintaining the diary, liaison within and outside the office, arranging travel related matters etc.
- Physical maintenance of the records of the section.
- Assisting in routine office work like courier entry and dispatch including computer entries etc.
- Photocopying, making sets, stapling, spiral bindings, sending of FAX etc.
- Ability to solve practical problems and provide applicable solutions.
- All work assigned by the Superior Authority/ Team Lead under his working criteria.
- Any other things as and when delegated by management time to time.

NOTE:

- Above-mentioned position is purely contractual position till 31.07.2025. (further extendable for one year based on satisfactory performance and project requirement)
