- SEO, Google AdWords and Social Media Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:
SEO Optimization & Strategy
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for search engine rankings.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies including link-building, outreach, and local citations.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GMB) Management
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings to improve local search visibility.
- Ensure NAP (Name, Address, and Phone) consistency across platforms.
- Conduct local SEO audits and implement review generation & reputation management strategies.
- Track local search performance metrics such as Local Pack rankings, impressions, calls, and direction requests.

Google Ads Management
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing).
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and quality scores.
- Manage ad budgets and adjust bids to achieve campaign goals.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO and Ads strategies align with business goals.
- Recommend improvements for landing pages to enhance conversions and user experience.

Social Media Manager
- Creates and implements social media strategies.
- Plans content calendars and campaigns.
- Monitors analytics and engagement metrics.
- Manages team or freelancers for content creation.

Content Creator / Social Media Content Specialist
- Produces engaging posts, images, videos, and reels.
- Writes captions, blogs, or scripts.
- Aligns content with brand voice.
- Stays updated on trends and platform features.

Community Manager
- Interacts with followers and responds to comments/messages.
- Builds relationships with the audience.
- Monitors brand reputation online.
- Hosts live sessions or online events.

Social Media Analyst / Data Analyst
- Tracks performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provides insights for improving campaigns.
- Prepares reports for management.
- Suggests data-driven strategy adjustments.

Paid Media / Social Media Advertiser
- Manages paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Optimizes budgets and targeting.
- Analyzes ROI and ad performance.
- A/B tests ad creatives and strategies.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Certification in Google Ads/Analytics is a strong plus.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Local SEO, and Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven success in improving rankings and driving leads through both organic and paid channels.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, etc.).
- Strong command of Google Ads, Google Business Profile Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, etc.).

Core Competencies:

- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns across industries.
- Basic understanding of IT services (web/app development, UI/UX, digital solutions) is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
