**Job Description**:
Graduate Trainee/Apprenticeship - Technology

Apprenticeship is a 12-month program that will provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending theoretical knowledge with on-the-job training. Over the 12-month period, apprentices at Russell Investments will gain valuable exposure to industry while developing essential soft skills and acclimating to a professional corporate environment.

Eligibility- Should not be self-employed- Should not be enrolled under other government-funded programs-
- Should not be registered on EPF/ ESIC Portal

Key Responsibilities-
- Work on database development and optimization, ensuring efficiency and security.- Gain exposure to cloud technologies, contributing to cloud-based solutions.- Learn data engineering fundamentals, including data pipelines, transformation, and storage.- Work with Snowflake to understand data warehousing, analytics, and scalable data solutions.- Collaborate with experienced engineers in an agile development environment.- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance technical and professional skills.- Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related field.- C# Programming: Understanding object-oriented principles, data structures, and algorithms in C#.- .NET Framework &.NET Core: Familiarity with the.NET ecosystem, including differences between.NET Framework and.NET Core for cross-platform development.-
- Entity Framework (EF): ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) for database interactions using LINQ and SQL.- Dependency Injection (DI): Implementing DI for better code maintainability and testing.-
- Passion for technology and problem-solving.- Basic understanding of programming principles (experience with any of the listed technologies is a plus).- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic environment
