**About the Firm**: Dhauladhar Reality And Capital Advisors is a newly established, technology-led investment bank specializing in institutional real estate investments, with a vision to become the preferred advisor in the space.
**Position Summary**: Provide comprehensive support to the Founder, requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Manage meetings, calendars, follow-ups, documentation, greetings, and minutes for clients and active deals.
- **Team Support**:Track deals and team progress, ensuring proper documentation.
- **Document Preparation**:Draft and edit presentations, reports, and pitch materials.
- **Communication**:Proofread and draft business correspondence with flawless English.
- **Operations**: Handle filing, document management, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
- **Research**:Conduct research as needed.
- **Calling**: Meeting setup/information calls/ cold calls.

- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Impeccable written and spoken English (assessment required)
- Advanced proficiency in calendar management, CRM, and vendor coordination
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and social media
