**Summary**:
As a Sales Executive specializing in residential property, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential real estate units within our portfolio. You will engage with prospective buyers, showcase properties, negotiate deals, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers interested in residential properties.
- **Property Presentation**: Showcase residential properties to prospective buyers, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits. Provide detailed information about floor plans, pricing, financing options, and neighborhood amenities to help buyers make informed decisions.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct needs assessments and consultations with prospective buyers to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements. Tailor property recommendations and offer personalized solutions to meet individual client needs.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**: Negotiate sales agreements, terms, and conditions with prospective buyers to secure favorable outcomes for both parties. Handle objections, address concerns, and facilitate the resolution of any issues that may arise during the negotiation process.
- **Documentation and Contracts**: Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitate the timely completion of all necessary paperwork to finalize sales transactions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders. Provide ongoing support, assistance, and follow-up to address inquiries, concerns, or post-sale needs.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to residential real estate. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, assess market demand, and optimize sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**: Track sales activities, leads, conversions, and other performance metrics using CRM systems or sales software. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience for customers. Respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information, and address customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales software, and digital marketing tools
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
