**_Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution._**

**_Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund_**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**

**_Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)_**

**_Freshers are eligible_**

**_Good at English language skills (verbal and written)_**

**_Strong Interpersonal Skills (Clear verbal and written Communication, Problem solving, etc.)_**
