We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual for the role of **Sales and Marketing Executive**. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to build their career in sales and marketing. You will play a key role in supporting sales strategies, promoting products, and contributing to the growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Help generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Promote products and services through various marketing channels (online/offline).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- **Experience**: Fresher (0-1 year).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
