**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a fresher, you will be trained to support sales efforts, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store or sales department. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in sales and develop valuable skills in customer interaction, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a positive, friendly experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and offer recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide product demonstrations, explain features, and answer questions to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- **Sales Support**:

- Actively engage in promoting sales and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in processing transactions and handling cash register operations accurately.
- Assist with upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Learn about the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotional offers to enhance customer interactions.
- Help maintain product displays and ensure items are stocked and presented neatly.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Assist with keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, product labels are correctly displayed, and items are well-maintained.
- Help with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and ensuring product availability.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other sales associates and the management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive working environment.
- **Handling Returns and Exchanges**:

- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in a professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
