**Job Title: Branch Incharge**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant branch to ensure smooth functioning, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the branch.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational requirements.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints efficiently and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and operational metrics as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation practices.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
