Housekeeping Supervisor

Shift Handover: Take charge and ensure a smooth transition from the previous shift.
Manpower Assessment: Review manpower availability and identify any shortages on a shift-wise basis.
Outsourced Housekeeping Review: Verify the allotment of outsourced housekeeping staff, with special attention to pending tasks.
Complaint Management: Address housekeeping-related complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Shifting Boys Supervision: Monitor the allocation and performance of shifting boys, ensuring efficiency and completion of tasks.
Grooming Checks: Inspect the grooming standards of outsourced agency supervisors and housekeeping staff.
Floor Inspections: Conduct thorough checks from the basement to the 8th floor to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Outsourced Agency Oversight: Supervise outsourced agency supervisors and housekeeping staff to ensure quality service.
Immediate Cleaning Response: Ensure immediate cleaning of any unclean areas identified during inspections.
Work Verification: Cross-check floors to confirm the completion of assigned tasks.
CSSD Items Movement: Ensure the timely movement of CSSD items to and from the sterilization area as per floor-wise requirements.
Waste Clearance Monitoring: Verify that waste has been cleared on all floors, shift-wise.
Waste Loading Verification: Ensure proper loading of waste from the MH to MTH.
Outsourced Supervisor Feedback: Gather feedback from shift supervisors of the outsourced
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
