**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage restaurant/store staff during the shift.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
- Assign tasks and ensure team members follow standard procedures.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Train and motivate team members for improved performance.
- Maintain shift reports, sales records, and operational logs.
- Ensure cash handling and billing processes are accurate.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum **1-3 years** in a supervisory role in a QSR or retail store.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
