About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and business support to a Partner. The EA will play a critical role in enabling the Partner to focus on client engagements, business development, and strategic priorities by efficiently managing daily operations, scheduling, correspondence, and project follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Support & Administration
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate travel itineraries, client visits, and business engagements.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and proposals.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the key point of contact between the Partner and clients, managing communication in a polished, professional manner.
Ensure prompt follow-up on client requests, proposals, and deliverables.
Support business development efforts by preparing client briefings, pitch decks, and background research.
Project & Practice Management
Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across client engagements and internal projects.
Coordinate project teams to ensure timely updates for the Partner.
Prepare materials for client meetings, including agendas, minutes, and research summaries.
Assist in managing practice operations—billing, reporting, and client documentation where needed.
Operational & Strategic Support
Support Partner with firm-level initiatives, including leadership meetings, events, and practice development.
Maintain up-to-date databases, CRM tools, and project tracking systems.
Contribute to streamlining workflows and implementing efficient processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Administration, or related field preferred).
1+ years of experience supporting senior executives, partners, or senior Leadership.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project/CRM tools.
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and act with discretion and professionalism.
