Admin & Client Management
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Directors, managing their schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments
- Handle confidential tasks related to both personal and professional matters of the Directors
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and business partners to maintain smooth workflows
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements, meetings, and event planning for both company and personal requirements
- Maintain files, records, and ensure proper documentation of important company data
- Help manage internal communications and project timelines across different teams
- Perform any other administrative or organizational duties as required by the Directors
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with strong administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools
- Problem-solving attitude with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle client interactions and manage queries
- Knowledge of basic accounting or experience in interior design is a plus
