**Location**: Chennai

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Calendar & Schedule Management**: Organize and maintain the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as necessary.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- **Confidentiality Management**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- **Event Planning**: Organize events, conferences, and other activities as directed by the Director.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks to support the Director's needs.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
