Position: Personal Assistant to Operations Manager
Location: Kilpauk
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Operations Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with good communication and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain reports in Excel (data entry, analysis, and formatting).
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations and monthly performance reports.
- Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Handle documentation, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Support in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data presentation).
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (report and presentation preparation).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Qualification:
Any graduate with good knowledge of MS Office tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹20,213.73 per month
