BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Maintain records, files, and documentation for daily office activities.

Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and coordination.

Manage Property Portals and update/register leads on Builder Portals.

Utilize MS Excel and Word effectively for CRM and reporting purposes.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in daily interactions.

Provide support to HR and Management in operational requirements.

Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and general administrative support.

Mandatory Criteria:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet usage).

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Female candidates are preferred.
