Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring effective management of recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management and play a key role in building a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Drive the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records and manage salary revisions, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement employee retention initiatives.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Liaise with external auditors and government departments for compliance-related matters.
- HR Operations & Policy:
- Manage HR documentation, employee database, and HRMS system.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
- MBA / Master's in HR or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in HR generalist or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliances, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹50,817.93 per month
