As an HR Manager, we require you to oversee all employee-related functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, foster a positive company culture, manage employee relations, and act as a key link between management and staff.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, sourcing talent, and facilitating new employee integration.
  • Training & Development: Planning and implementing programs to improve employee skills and support career growth.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems to ensure peak employee performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administering and managing employee benefits programs and payroll.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing workplace conflicts, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Culture & Engagement: Driving initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.
  • Reporting: Analyzing HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to manage people and communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with broader business goals.
  • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.

  • HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices across recruitment, development, compensation, and employee relations.
