
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Administrative Support**
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events, create MOM's and follow up deadlines.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips and event site visits.
2. **Communication and Coordination**
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring clear and effective internal communication.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients, partners, and vendors professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
3. **Event Support**
- Provide on-site support during events, managing schedules, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for key clients during events, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
4. **Office Management**
- Ensure the CEO’s office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
5. **Confidentiality and Discretion**
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Exercise discretion in managing communications and information flow.
6. **Strategic Support**
- Analyze data and provide insights to assist the CEO in strategic planning.
- Create and develop presentations for executive meetings and public appearances.
7. **Personal Assistance - if required**
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the CEO’s work-life balance.
- Coordinate activities and schedules for the CEO’s family members if required.
8. **Continuous Improvement**
- Engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills and stay current with industry trends, especially in event management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in the CEO’s office and in event management practices.
9. **Client Relations**
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues.
- Gather feedback from clients post-event to continuously improve service delivery and event experiences.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
